If we want to be the best, we need to attract the best and keep the valuable teachers that we have. This starts with higher wages for teachers. Alvin believes we should not be wasting taxpayers' valuable money and is committed to examining our budgets, challenging wasteful spending, and diverting the money to areas that need it. This is a daunting task, but Alvin is up for the challenge and has been prepared via his intense curriculum based on public administration.
