Supporting School Staff

The reason Alvin values teachers so much is due to the impact they have had on his life growing up, as he describes in the video below. However, there are many other people who also play a vital role in the success of our students, like bus drivers, counselors, cafeteria staff, janitors, etc., that we need to support as well. Alvin is committed to pragmatic solutions that will lead to the best outcomes for the district.
